Background Stamps

Check out this video. I just love background stamps and I don't use them enough.  In this video you will discover tips and tricks for using background stamp sets to create continuous images, personalized patterned papers, and nested designs.



I love the stamp set In The Background (D1540) that Monica used in the video.  (I actually have 3 in stock so if you are local let me know and I'll save you some money on shipping.)

Clearly the Best - Embossing and Stamping

So back to why I love this company, today I'm sharing a video that they have made called "Clearly the Best - Embossing and Stamping".  Did you know that embossed images resist ink? Learn this fun trick to ink the areas around your embossed images to make them really stand out!

So what do you think?  I think I'm going to use this technique for my February Card Workshop.  There are some great new background stamps in the New Spring/Summer 2013 Idea Book that I had planned to use and this technique would really step it up a notch.

New Alcohol Markers
