The new Cricut Artfully Sent Collection is perfect to make any card you need.  This cartridge features pop-up, scene, sentiment, sleeve, pocket cards, and so much more.  Here is a look at the Cartridge Bundle and what comes with it.

Today, I am here to share with you the projects that we will make in February for this class, 2 cards and an envelope.

Artfully Sent Class 02 (1)

This month we are going to focus on the sentiment key cards. First, I’ll start with the “Hello Sunshine” card.  This was actually designed by CTMH as a make-n-take at last year’s Convention.

Artfully Sent Class 02 (4)

It is so simple.  I cut the card from Kraft cardstock and then just backed the “openings” with various other colors of paper.

Artfully Sent Class 02 (2)

This is the 2nd card that we will make.  Again just cut the card (I chose Canary cardstock) and back the “opening” with paper of your choice (I chose a sheet from the Paper Fundamentals pack).  This key also features an image of a bunny, so I had to add that to the card front as well.

Artfully Sent Class 02 (3)

The Cricut Artfully Sent Collection comes with 3 great stamp sets.  Here I used the Just to Say (D1629) and Curlicue Frames (D1631) stamp sets on the inside of the card.

You can create these 2 cards and envelope by joining me at my next Cricut Class, Saturday, February 28 at 9am in my studio in Amelia, VA.

Cost is $12 if you own the Artfully Sent Cartridge. Simply bring your Cricut, Artfully Sent Cartridge Bundle, and I'll supply the rest and walk you through the cuts.

Cost is $24 if you don't own the Artfully Sent Cartridge, because I'll cut all of your pieces for you ahead of time.

Cricut Artbooking Class – “10 Things” Layout

This is the last Cricut Artbooking Class for 2014.  It’s your last chance to get detailed instruction on using your Artbooking Collection.

Artbooking Class 11 (1) - Smaller

I found this layout as part of a YouTube video that CTMH created in their series “Artbooking Made Easy.”

Artbooking Class 11 (3)

I used paper from the following collections: Seaside, Chalk It Up, and the Paper Fundamentals.  I also embellished the layout with the Green & Blue Epoxy Bubbles (Z1806).

Artbooking Class 11 (2)

I used 3 stamp sets: Happy Hexagons (C1596), All The Details (D1555), and Oodles of Doodles (B1449).  The Happy Hexagons stamp set is only available to Hostesses as part of their Hostess Rewards (or to my Club Members).

The other 2 stamp sets have images that coordinate with 2 of other Cricut cartridges, therefor they will not retire.

You can create this page by joining me at my next Cricut Class, Saturday, November 15 at 9am in my studio in Amelia, VA.

Cost is $10 if you own the Artbooking cartridge. Simply bring your Cricut, Artbooking Cartridge Bundle, and I'll supply the rest and walk you through the cuts.

Cost is $20 if you don't own the Artbooking cartridge, because I'll cut all of your pieces for you ahead of time.

Thanks for stopping by.

ShinHan Touch Twin Marker Blog Hop

Hello everyone!  Today I am participating in another Blog Hop, this time featuring the ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.  We have 42 consultants participating in this hop.

ShinHan Marker blog hop final 500

If you have come here from Brenda Lapp’s Blog you are on the right path.

I chose to share a layout that uses the Paper Fundamentals paper packs, Great Job stamp set, and ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.

CTMH Paper Fundamentals and ShinHan Markers

I prefer to stamp my images with the Black Mini Pigment Pad and allow it to dry before coloring with the ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.

CTMH Paper Fundamentals and ShinHan Markers 01 I colored my images with the Turquoise Blue B68 (Z2465), Leaf Green GY234 (Z2454), and Tender Pink RP198 (Z2464) markers.  Then I went over the solid areas with the Colorless Blender Marker (Z2469).  The colorless blender acts more like an “eraser” than anything.  It sort of “moves” the ink.  In my case allowing for variations in the solid areas.

To continue on with the hop head over to Maria Myers’ Blog next.  If you would like to see more of this layout with other colors continue reading.

This layout was the make-n-take for my recent weekend retreat.  I allowed customers to choose their own colors of paper from the Paper Fundamentals assortments which comes in all 4 color assortments; Basic, Whimsy, Enchantment, and Adventure.  Here is what they came up with.

It was really neat to see how different everyone’s turned out. I have to say that I was so proud of myself for this idea.  It was a huge hit.

If you have come here from Dawn Haight's Blog you are on the right path! If you get lost along the way you can find the complete list on Melinda’s Blog here.

I created a simple card for my upcoming Idea Book Celebration Make-N-Take.

Open House MNT (1)

I used the new Scaredy Cat Paper Packet (X7185B) and the Paper Fundamentals Adventure Assortment (Z2032).

Open House MNT (2)

To color the eyes and hat I used our new ShinHan Touch Twin Markers (eyes - Pastel Green Z2459 and hat - Marigold Z2457).  I am really enjoying these markers.

Open House MNT (3)To finish it off I embellished with the Thistle Diagonal Striped Ribbon (Z1990) and stars from the Scaredy Cat Assortment (Z3011).

Open House MNT (4)

Oh and I think this doesn’t have to be just a Halloween card, but I made mine for a Birthday.

Now it is time to hop over to Stefani Ewing’s Blog to see what she has created!
